A few months ago, I had what I thought was a minor computer problem in trying to upload some videos. I called Tim Reed at Alternative Computer Solutions to see if they could help. Tim promptly responded to my call and arranged for a visit to my home to diagnose the problem. It took some time to determine exactly why my computer and video camera were not functioning properly but Tim was very tenacious and was able to diagnose the problem and offer an economical solution. Since then, he has provided computer assistance to me on several occasions and has always been knowledgeable, professional, and timely with his responses to my needs.
Before I found Tim, I was relying on computer support from a distant county and it took sometimes weeks to get proper support. I am relieved that we have such a talented person in our community who has the technical “know-how” to take care of our computer needs.
